1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Le Jardin D'Eden website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment and Services

Le Jardin D'Eden provides quality daycare and early education services for children ages 0-12 years. Our services include:

• Infant care (0-18 months)
• Toddler programs (18 months - 3 years)
• Preschool education (3-5 years)
• After-school care (5-12 years)

3. Enrollment Requirements

To enroll your child, you must:

• Complete the registration form with accurate information
• Provide all required medical and emergency contact information
• Submit up-to-date immunization records
• Pay all applicable fees and deposits
• Sign required consent forms

4. Payment Terms

Tuition is due on the first day of each month. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and electronic transfers. Payment plans are available upon request.

5. Hours of Operation

Our daycare operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Extended hours may be available with prior arrangement.

6. Drop-off and Pick-up

Parents must sign in and out when dropping off or picking up their children. Only authorized individuals listed on the registration form will be permitted to pick up children. Photo identification may be required.

7. Health and Safety

For the safety of all children:

• Children showing symptoms of illness must stay home
• All medications must be properly labeled and administered by staff
• We maintain a clean and sanitized environment
• Staff are trained in first aid and CPR
• Emergency procedures are in place for various situations

8. Behavior Policy

We promote positive behavior and use age-appropriate guidance techniques. Aggressive or harmful behavior that endangers other children may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.

9. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Parents must provide at least two weeks' written notice before withdrawing their child. Refunds will be provided according to our refund policy. Registration fees are non-refundable.

10. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure children's safety, Le Jardin D'Eden is not liable for injuries that occur despite reasonable supervision. Parents are responsible for their children's actions during drop-off and pick-up times.

11. Photography and Media

We may take photographs and videos of children participating in activities for promotional purposes. Parents will be asked for consent, and can opt out at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Parents will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
