1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling your child at Le Jardin D'Eden or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment

• Enrollment is subject to availability and approval by Le Jardin D'Eden
• All enrollment forms must be completed accurately and truthfully
• Required documentation (immunization records, emergency contacts) must be provided
• Enrollment may be denied or terminated for non-compliance with policies

3. Payment Terms

• Tuition is due weekly in advance
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• A non-refundable registration fee is required upon enrollment
• Refunds are not provided for absences or holidays
• We reserve the right to adjust fees with 30 days notice

4. Drop-off and Pick-up

• Children must be signed in and out by authorized adults only
• Late pick-up fees apply after scheduled care hours
• Photo ID may be required for pick-up verification
• Notify us immediately of any changes to authorized pick-up persons

5. Health and Safety

• Children must be up-to-date on all required immunizations
• Sick children must stay home to prevent illness spread
• We reserve the right to refuse care if a child appears ill
• Emergency medical treatment will be sought if necessary
• Parents must provide accurate medical and allergy information

6. Behavior Policy

We maintain a positive, nurturing environment. Behaviors that endanger others or disrupt care may result in:

• Parent consultation and behavior plan development
• Temporary suspension of services
• Termination of enrollment in severe cases

7. Termination

Either party may terminate enrollment with 14 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediate termination for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of policies
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward staff
• Failure to provide required documentation

8. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure child safety, Le Jardin D'Eden is not liable for minor injuries that may occur during normal play activities. Parents will be notified of any incidents.

9. Photography and Media

We may take photos/videos of children for educational purposes and facility promotion. Parents who object must notify us in writing.
